In 2007, Phonag Records was acquired by TBA AG, and in 2019, the company decided to continue their business solely under the name Phonag Records AG. Furthermore, since 2013, Phonag Records has operated its own marketing and promotion agency, offering tailored concepts and services for the marketing and media relations of their releases in the local market.
